Yes , we deal with it with a professional approach. We do not collect wet mushrooms,because after drying they will have an unpleasant smell, taste and brown skirt. We dry them in professional dehydrators at a temperature sufficient to reduce ibotenic acid to negligible doses.
The aging process takes place in jars in a warm and dark place 2 for at least 2 months
